All of the dishes, starters through to
desserts, are homemade onsite by the team at Bridge
Head chef Philip Wilsons’ ethos is to use seasonal,
local produce and to make as much as possible
from scratch to enhance the flavours of his food.
Living in Cornwall all his life Phil has developed a
passion for cooking seafood and this is reflected in
its presence on our menus.
The building in which we are situated is understood
to have been built around 1840 and was used as a
reading room, library and meeting room.
Many of its original features have been retained,
including a large leaded ‘ecclesiastic’ style window,
giving it a unique peaceful and intimate ambience.
