Bridge Bistro is a family run restaurant and has been open since June 2010. We have strived to maintain excellent standards serving local and seasonal produce carefully crafted by our dedicated chefs. We are fortunate to have access to excellent fresh fish and only use fish that are sustainable on our menus. We source our meat from Williams Butchers, based in Wadebridge. We are proud to serve a range of bread made by Baker Toms, an excellent Cornish artisan baker. We deal directly with Padstow Shellfish company, who supply the most delicious handpicked crab meat.
As a company we strive to be as green as we can. We threw out our plastic and paper straws and now use metal reusable straws. We separate and recycle 90% of our rubbish in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint. We have also sourced compostable and recyclable takeaway containers and boxes. In 2019 we moved a step further to encourage our customers to reduce there plastic and packaging waste and incentivising a "by what you need" ethos by offering refills on many household food essentials. We love Good Food and Wine and want to keep Cornwall and the wider world as beautiful as it is today for our children.
